All of our valuations are carried out by Stuart who has over 30 years estate agency experience and is also a partner of Alex Stuart. He will spend no more than an hour depending on the property and will give you a realistic figure for your marketing needs.

After the visit, we would prepare a valuation letter which will have in writing everything covered by the valuation and will be sent to you the next day.

Instructions to Market

If you decide to appoint Alex Stuart to sell your property we would then make a second visit which would take approximately an hour where we would take photographs and measure your property in order for us to prepare detailed floor plans and market your property in a unique brochure.

Marketing

Once we have the go ahead and you are pleased with your details, we would send your property brochure to all our applicants that may be interested; we would then call the applicants to see if they have receieved the brochure and arrange a viewing if required. Your property would also be advertised on RightMove, TeamProp, the Essex County Standard and much much more.
